1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RSA Passport ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

RSA Passport is a networking application designed for event participants. The Service enables users to:

• Create and manage a digital profile
• Generate and share QR codes for networking
• Scan QR codes to connect with other participants
• Track connections and earn points
• View leaderboard rankings
• Access connection history

3. Eligibility

You must be a registered participant of the event for which this Service is being used. Access is granted only to users who have been pre-registered by event administrators. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

4. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Have a valid Google account
• Be pre-registered by event administrators
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Scan your own QR code or engage in fraudulent point-earning activities
• Share your QR code in a manner that violates others' privacy
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other participants

6. QR Code and Connection System

The Service uses QR codes to facilitate networking between participants. By using this feature, you understand that:

• Scanning another participant's QR code creates a connection record
• Each unique connection earns points toward your leaderboard ranking
• Duplicate scans of the same participant are not permitted
• Your QR code may be scanned by other participants, sharing your profile information
• Connection history is stored and visible to you

7. Leaderboard and Scoring

The Service includes a leaderboard system that ranks participants based on their networking activity. You acknowledge that:

• Scores are calculated based on valid connections made through QR code scanning
• Leaderboard rankings are determined by total points earned
• Rankings may change as other participants make connections
• We reserve the right to adjust scores or remove fraudulent activity

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rotaract South Asia MDIO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. User Content

By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your profile information and connection data for the purposes of operating and providing the Service.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

11. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from Service unavailability.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
